We’re looking for a Scheduler / Client Coordinator to plan, optimize, and run our inspection schedules with precision and care. You’ll be the central point of contact between our customers, technicians, and subcontractors, keeping the work flowing smoothly today while helping us shape how it should flow tomorrow.
Scheduling sits at the heart of how we deliver service. You’ll work in BuildOps, our field service platform, alongside the proprietary tools and processes we’re building to modernize the trade. You won’t be expected to build those tools yourself, but you’ll understand the work better than anyone, and your insight will directly shape them. The clunky steps you’d love to delete and the “there has to be a better way” moments are exactly what we want to hear.
This role is hybrid by design: three days a week in our Concord office and two from home. We’ve built it around close collaboration, so you’ll stay connected to the team and the work no matter where you’re logging in from. We’re looking for a licensed 427A Sprinkler Technician who takes pride in the craft. You’ll carry out installations, repairs, and inspections across a wide range of sprinkler systems, working on real projects with the tools, vehicle, and support to do the job properly. You’ll also play a hands-on role in bringing apprentices along, sharing your knowledge on the job without the administrative weight of a management title.

We are looking for an experienced Sprinkler Technician to join our installation and service team. You will be responsible for the layout, installation, inspection, and repair of fire sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential clients across the GTA.
You will work closely with our project managers and field supervisors to ensure all installations are completed on time, on budget, and to code.
